1、补发邮件模板

Dear friend,

We are very sorry that you still haven't received your order.We resent you the shoes. This is the tracking number: 快递号 Shipping Carrier is 快递公司. It often takes about 7-20 days to get the package. Have a nice day. We wonder if you can upload the buyer show and give us a good review after you get the new clothes/shoe? we appreciate it.If you have any questions, please contact us.

2、尺码不合适邮件回复模板

确认尺码:

Dear friend,

We are very sorry the item didn't meet your expectation. Different country have different size standard, we made a clear description size choose on the product picture, Please choose size according to your foot length and our size chart:
